SAVEGAME COMPATIBLE
CENTRAL: HIGHER PENALTIES BETWEEN THE GOODS AND THE BADS, LIGHT BONUS BETWEEN HUMAN AND DWARFS, NO MORE PENALTY BETWEEN HIGHELVES AND BRETONIA
This Mod is recommended to use with my "Easier Trade"-Mod to avoid silly good relations between really hated peoples.
This Mod make some changes with the cultural penalties:
All -60-Penalties go to -80
All -30 or -40-Penalties go to -60.
Vampires get -60 Penalties to everybody
All human get a +10 relations bonus to each other and with dwarfs
High elves wont dislike Bretonia anymore.
