Alien Base Counts As Subway
This is a very basic mod with all of one edited config file, for folks who don’t like messing with configs. It’s intended to be used with eclipsezr’s Alien Base map mod and Long War of the Chosen.
This mod does exactly what it says it does, changing the Alien Base to be associated with the subway map type rather than the sewer map type. The reason this is needed is because sewer maps are disabled (in a hard-coded manner) in LWOTC, which means the Alien Base map would never be seen in a LWOTC campaign.
If I (or someone else) find other maps that need this treatment that pre-date the release of this mod, I’ll probably just add them here to avoid clutter, both on the Workshop and in peoples’ load orders.
– The Alien Base map mod is a hard requirement, this mod does nothing without it.
– You don’t technically need LWOTC to run this mod, although I also don’t think there’s much of a point to running it without, because as far as I know, no other mods remove an entire map type from the game disregard that, I forgot the Sewer Begone mod existed, it would pair nicely with that one too.
– eclipsezr for making the Alien Base mod.
– Illogical for pointing out to me that this config edit would be necessary to make the Alien Base work in LWOTC.
