This map is based on the ‘Minett’ which is a region in the south-west of Luxembourg. It has been heavily industrialised after the discovery of iron ore in the late 1800’s.
The map has some pre-built structures like rails, steel mills and smaller industries.
Its your job to turn this region into an economic superpower!
Existing infrastructure:
– Rail connection between big cities
– Steel mill ‘AEB’ (ARBED Esch-Belval)
– Steel mill ‘AES’ (ARBED Esch-Schifflange)
– Steel mill ‘AD’ (ARBED Differdange)
– Cement factory ‘CIMALUX’ near Rumelange
– Distillery ‘Bofferding’ in Bascharage
Recommended areas for other industrial acitivities:
– ‘Rout Lëns’ near Esch/Alzette
– ‘PED’ near Rodange and Petange
– The empty space between ‘AD’ and Sanem
