Z21500 / 21700 – Enhanced
The Z21500 are French electric multiple units nicknamed Z TER, used for regional express transport. Derived from the X72500, they are the electric version composed of 3-car trainsets. These trainsets can run up to 200km/h and be coupled in a 3 element trainset.Delivered between 2002 and 2004, these railcars are quickly distributed in 5 regions of western France (Aquitaine, Brittany, Centre, Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charente).
In 2009 and 2014, the Poitou-Charente and Aquitaine regions respectively, separate their fleet to the other three regions.
The whole series is then grouped in the regions of Brittany, Centre and Pays de la Loire.
In 2017, 8 elements of the fleet are transformed into Z21700, these transformations aimed to make them suitable for operation on the LGV Bretagne.
For TPF2, this pack contains all the liveries that existed on the Z21500 series, including the most recent (2022).
