Adds a +5 opinion modifier for all characters of the same house, similar to the existing modifier for all characters of the same dynasty.

Like your grandfather more than your 10 generations removed cousin? Want cadet branches to have a bit more gameplay impact? This mod gives everyone a bit of that happy fuzzy feeling for anyone with the same last name.
