Better AI Recruitment Advanced
AI is not good at building multiple recruiting buildings.
So I changed all units to be recruited from major and minor cities.
Major / Minor city 1 -> Recruit All tier 1 units
Major / Minor city 2 -> Recruit All tier 2 units
Major / Minor city 3 -> Recruit All tier 3 units
Changed the basic unit composition to 45% infantry, 20% missiles, 30% cavalry, and 5% artillery(only 1 onager).
However there are differences by culture.
