Skeggi Landmark + Norscan Garrison Fix
Bug fix already inlcuded in the Community Bug Fix Mod:

Quick fix that re-adds the missing Skeggi Landmark to the Skeggi settlement for the Norscan faction.
No additional changes were made to the landmark. Also because Skeggi lacks a standard recruitment building without this landmark fix, the AI would only be able to spam marauder horsemen until they acquire more land.

Nvm CA fixed the Kraka Drak settlements, can only take the one costal settlement now. Also they still didn’t fix the landmark. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
