Armies Consume Reserves – Reserves now Matters
I made armies to consume reserves from the local region.
Reserves now acts as finite supply storage for local armies, the more armies in the local commadery, the more reserves are consumed.
Armies now has constant 1 food upkeep, a constant 4 reserve upkeep, and a constant -2k Population from conscription to the local friendly region. The reasoning behind these are: armies need food for supplies, and armies recruit and replenished from the local population
Foreign Armies in own lands also consumes from the local reserves
Seasons and Fertility now contribute to the production and consumption of reserves.
Reserves now gives bonus or penalty to ammunition.
This mod is for Very Hard Difficulty and works for the AI too.
Fertility especially during Harvest now gives more reserves, High Fertility and Harvest now give a constant passive food production, Granary building now produce a lot of reserve, Higher settlement level now has reserve penalty.
Every faction has now receive a buff that adds a lot of reserves for the first 5 turns when you start a game to prevent early rebellions and famine especially for the AI,
