Description:

Forts in CK2 are pretty useless. Only when sieging a place with low supply or when you’re a nomadic tribe they can fulfill some sort of role in the game. Do you want that you can build forts in your provinces to slow down attackers, buying you time? Well now it’s possible.

The forts now have new buildings:
– Walls (I-V)
– Fortifications (I-III)
– Moat (I-III)
– Keep (I)
– Barracks (I-IV)
– Terrain Modification (I)
– Distraction (I-III)
– Watchtowers (I-IV)

At this point they only give garrison and fort level, but I’ve got some updates planned:
– Buildings that can add money, piety or prestige. (DONE)
– Decision to convert a fort (with all buildings built) to a castle (if it fits in the province).
– Event that can change a fort (with all levels of barracks) to a city.
