Description:

Description
This is a simple easy to use Roll stabilizer module for almost any aircraft you have. It works using a PID controller so if you want to make adjustments you can easily go in and make tweaks to the logic. Like a standard roll stabilizer it has an input and output for aileron controls, an activation switch, and an input for a tilt sensor. But i also added an output that will execute a short pulse when it is disengaged to alert the user that the system has been disengaged. This is to make it easier if you are using it with other autopilot systems that also have a disengagement alarm. Finally it also has an output signal telling you if the system is activated.

Adaptive Mode
This particular version is equipped with the special Adaptive mode, which will allow you to still control the aircraft while maintaining roll stability. You can still control the aircraft rolling, but it limits agressive movements and will return to the neutral (or flat) position if you let up on the input. This makes it much more ideal to control because you are still in control of the aircraft at all times. It only functions if the actual "Roll Stabilizer" input is engaged, AND the "adaptive mode" input is also engaged.
The normal version functions exactly like this (except without this feature) and can be found here:

Usage Tips
This system works best for small to medium aircraft, with the default parameters that i had set on the PID. However if you re tune it it will work for really any size of aircraft. I suggest not to use it if you have a lot of control surfaces or on very small and/or lightweight aircraft. When using the Adaptive mode these issues are less of a concern, as you are more in control of the aircraft.

Fair Use
Please credit this in the description of any aircraft you use on. My reupload policty is different on eveything depending on how much work i put in, so please make sure to check the specific workshop page for details! Thank you

IMPORTANT:
MAKE SURE you connect the on switch to a PUSH BUTTON only
MAKE SURE the arrow on your tilt sensor is facing left to right (or vice versa)
