This is a mod that creates a new active item: Mom’s Cellphone.
Upon use, it calls a new player with a dople appearance, which has randomized stats and random items from the last item pool you visited and 1 unreplenishable soul heart.
it is an 8 charge item, and it can be found in mom’s chest, secret, and old chest item pools.
