Description:

Removes the price scaling on the following decisions:
*Promote a Comander always costs 25 gold and 25 prestige.
*Invite Noble to Court always costs 25 gold.
*Present Débutante always costs 20 gold.
*Compose a Book always costs 50 gold.

This mod is not compatible with any mods that uses/changes employment_decisions.txt and jd_decisions.txt
This mod is NOT achievement compatible as it changes the checksum.
