Mundus Poenicus – Stratera Balance – Elections!
This mod is a simple merge of three mods which combine well to provide an immersive Carthage experience:
– Mundus Poenicus, by crownsteler, for the map and content. Version 14.05.2021.
– Stratera Balance, by max94, for a more "hardcore" version of base mechanics. Version 07.05.2021.
– Elections! by God to better represent the political limitations of a republican system. Version 10.05.2021.
This is a standalone mod, you do not need to subscribe to the 3 mods.

All credits go to the three talented creators, I did not create anything new. Authorization was received from each of them. Note that Stratera Balance itself integrates other mods, due credits also go to their respective authors who can be found on the Stratera Balance page.
Technically, the integration was a pretty straightforward affair. Changes for compatibility purposes from original versions are as follows:
– Mundus Poenicus: no change
– Stratera Balance: I removed all map changes since I want to use Mundus Poenicus’ very detailed map for the Carthage area. Unfortunately this meant also removing the integrated mod Interesting Treasures.
– Elections: no change, interface tweak necessary for this mod to function is integrated in the Better UI mod integrated in Stratera Balance.
