HOW TO INSTALL MODS
Via game directly:

Find the desired mod at this site and download it.

Unpack mod folder in
C:\Users\*Username*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
If folders are missing, try running the game or make them by yourself.

Enable desired mods from the launcher and click Play button.
Enjoy the game:)
Via Steam:

Find the desired mod at Crusader Kings II Workshop page.

Visit mod’s page and click the Subscribe button (you should be logged in).

Wait until files are downloaded (make sure your Steam app is running and has access to Internet).
Now you can enable mods in-game.
