Tazer Certified Dog Handlers
Allows you to hire tazer certified dog handlers like you could during alpha builds (and also fixes dog handler tazer recharge). The tazer is a secondary equipment and will be used before the dog handler engages in melee combat. Bureaucracy research required!

You do not need this mod if you use Mix n Match!
