Tazer Rollout Expansion
Extends your Tazer program so that you can enroll your dog handlers and snipers on tazer usage as a secondary equipment.
Features:
– new bureaucracy research
– Weapon Rack (Certification Station) -> can only be placed in the Kennels. Dog Handlers will use this every once in a while in an attempt to certify themselves
– Weapon Rack (Bureaucratic) -> place in Armouries or Security rooms. Snipers are already tazer trained, they just need to deal with the bureaucratic formalities needed for them to take a tazer first

You do not need this mod if you use Mix n Match!
