Description:

Adds the Tome of Blight to the game, a level II nature/shadow tome that specializes in blight damage and exploiting the Diseased status effect.

Tome and skill art was created by Mustang#3016. Thanks also to ERICdb and Bombdur for their very helpful guides and mod templates.

Should be no changes to any part of the base game, only new content. (Assuming I have done everything correctly)
