Effect
- Maximum company count +999 (effectively unlimited) for human player-controlled countries only. AI keeps the standard 4–7 cap.
- Lifts all regional and cultural restrictions on company establishment — no more "primary culture is X" or "have a state in region Y" requirements. Covers all base-game company types including EP2 / IP2 / IP3 / IP4 / MP1 / COTS / SOI DLC content.
- Preserves all economic and mechanical gates: building level requirements (e.g., "level 5 rubber plantation"), tech unlocks, law prerequisites, company exclusivity, subject relationships, etc. — only geography and culture are removed.
Recommended for
- Playing minor countries while still wanting access to flavored companies (CCCI, Mitsui, DuPont, etc.)
- Industrial-focused builds frustrated by "must be in region X" hard locks
- Players finding the standard 4–7 cap too restrictive for full economy buildouts
Compatibility
- Fully orthogonal with all pure-bonus player mods (oil / rubber / shipbuilding / construction / market access / all tech)
- Mutually exclusive with other mods that modify company types (last-loaded wins; pick one)
- DLC-added new company types may retain their original regional restrictions until the mod is updated
Notes
- Regional restriction removal applies globally (AI can also found any-region companies) — a game-engine limit. AI is still bound by the standard company caps + ai preferences, so practical AI behavior shift is limited.
- Cap raise is player-only — AI keeps the standard 4–7 cap.
- Any mod changes the multiplayer save signature.
