一、自然资源：资源调整根据十九世纪资源分布微调资源（西欧、南欧、中日韩）
Natural Resources: Resource reallocation: Fine-tune resource distribution in reference to the 19th-century resource layout, covering Western Europe, Southern Europe, China, Japan and South Korea.
二、土地开发：增加或削减了中国的土地开发量，总量提升了10%左右（辽东、山东、河北、乌里雅苏台、库伦、外东北等）；加强了欧洲（西班牙、法国、德国、奥地利、意大利）的开发土地量（约35%）以从农业技术角度体现西欧的农业发展进程；日韩基本增加了20%以体现人口储量
Land Development: Adjusted China’s land development volume with partial increments and reductions; the overall total has increased by approximately 10%, covering regions including Liaodong, Shandong, Hebei, Uliastai, Khüree (Kulun), Outer Manchuria, etc.
三、地块合并：合并新英格兰诸省、DC特区、巴哈马群岛以及内蒙古
Territory Merging: Merge the provinces of New England, the District of Columbia (DC), the Bahamas Archipelago and Inner Mongolia into integrated territorial units.
