I. Natural Resources
Resource layout has been rebalanced based on authentic 19th-century resource geography for North America, Western Europe, Southern Europe, China, Japan and the Korean Peninsula. Total resources across has been fine-tuned with an overall uplift of around 30%
二、土地开发：增加或削减了中国的土地开发量，总量提升了10%左右（辽东、山东、河北、乌里雅苏台、库伦、外东北等）；加强了欧洲（西班牙、法国、德国、奥地利、意大利）的开发土地量（约35%）以从农业技术角度体现西欧的农业发展进程；日韩基本增加了20%以体现人口储量
II. Arable Land Revisions
Total arable land across China has been fine-tuned with an overall uplift of around 10%, covering Liaodong, Shandong, Hebei, Uliastai, Khüree (Kulun), Outer Manchuria and adjacent areas.Arable land in core European territories (Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Italy) has been boosted by roughly 35%, intended to mirror Western Europe’s historical agricultural advancement from an agrotechnical perspective.
Available farmland in Japan and Korea receives a 20% increment to reflect their historic population carrying capacity.

III. Provincial Restructuring
States encompassing New England, the District of Columbia, the Bahamas, and segments of the Baltic coastal territories are consolidated.
