Description:

Summon powerful Valkyries to serve your Norse court.

Also, adds the Valkyrie trait available for female characters.

No, it’s not balanced.

Note how the Valkyrie’s stats increase (from image 3 to image 4), after accepting her to your court.

All Valkyrie summoned will have the Brave personality trait, with the other two personality traits chosen randomly from some of the more bold personalities. Summoned Valkyrie are all bisexual, because reasons.

AI does not use this ritual, and the Valkyrie trait is not found in the general population.

All mod files are unique, so they shouldn’t conflict.

Edit (25 Jan 2022): Added a character interaction to turn appropriate women into Valkyrie. At a minimum, the target needs a high prowess, the Brave trait, and the Shieldmaiden trait. The Ruler needs to have the Viking trait, prestige level 3 , and piety level 3. This should work with mods that make granting the shieldmaiden trait easier (it worked with the shieldmaiden mod i tested it with).

Edit (10 Feb 2022): removed cultural requirement. increased the inherit chance so non Ásatrú can still have the Valkyrie trait through genetics.
