Description:

Bilos Laws – A collection of small changes to improve your game (All the below changes apply to the AI as well as the player). As of the T&T update this mod is now achievement and ironman compatible.

╰┈➤ Early Succession:
♛ Moved the unlock for regular Partition to the Gavelkind innovation.
♛ Moved the unlock for High Partition and House Seniority to the Hereditary Rule innovation.
♛ The Heraldry innovation now has a prestige modifier to accommodate the above partition changes.
♛ Moved the Primogeniture innovation forward to the High Medieval era (This has been swapped with Divine Right innovation which is now later on and unlocks the designate an heir option).

╰┈➤ Greater Claims:
✎ You can now press multiple claims at once; you should be able to press multiple claims straight away from the earliest start date. To balance this out the councillor task to fabricate claims has been made slower.
✎ The Meritocracy perk (to claim lieges titles) in the stewardship lifestyle tree has been moved further back.

╰┈➤ Fixed Witan (Witenagemot):
The Anglo-Saxon Elective now applies to Duchy level titles as long as the title holder is an independent ruler. This means for the 867 start date you can have individual Witans for Wessex and Mercia etc. A bit more historical accuracy for you.

╰┈➤ Better Cadet Branches:
To create cadet branch houses you must be minimum exalted among men (prestige level 4).

╰┈➤ More Duchies:
Duchy limit as a king or emperor is now 3, instead of 2.

╰┈➤ Faster Realm Laws:
Year cool down period for from switching between realm crown authority is now 10 years. It was previously 20 years.

╰┈➤ Balanced Feudal Crown Authority:
Realm crown authority opinion modifiers have been slightly changed for levels 1 and 2. Levels 3 (high crown authority) and 4 (absolute crown authority) have had the most balancing work. I have not touched tribal; the new feudal crown authority modifiers are now as follows.

Courtly vassal opinion =
5 (level 1) 0 (level 2) -5 (level 3) -10 (level 4)

Glory Hound vassal opinion =
15 (level 1) 0 (level 2) -15 (level 3) -30 (level 4)

Parochial vassal opinion =
10 (level 1) 0 (level 2) -10 (level 3) -20 (level 4)

Zealot vassal opinion =
0 (level 1) -5 (level 2) -10 (level 3) -15 (level 4)

Minority vassal opinion =
0 (level 1) -15 (level 2) -30 (level 3) -45 (level 4)

Minor Landholder vassal opinion =
20 (level 1) 0 (level 2) -20 (level 3) -40 (level 4)

Hopefully these opinion changes can delay the liberty wars when you inherit titles, giving you more time to sway the glory hounds and other powerful vassals.
