Unlocked Ruler Designer – CFP

IMPORTANT: Be sure to place this mod *BELOW* Community Flavor Pack in your load order for full functionality.
This will unlock the genes in the base game that has been hidden by the developers for whatever reason. It will also make you naked in the ruler designer so that you can see the changes that you are making. It doesn’t offer all the new genes that EPE added but it’s enough to tide me over until that updates so I thought I’d share it.
As this is only meant to be used temporarily until EPE updates I did not bother with localization so you’re going to see a lot of things like "old_1" and "eye_wrinkles_02" and such.
This will be INCOMPATIBLE with Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded (when it updates) but if you’re using EPE you don’t need this anyway.
