Description:

These two features were planned to be in the now-cancelled Antibirth update, so we decided to bring them back!

𝐈𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬

– Gives Isaac a clone of himself
– The clone can be killed
– The hearts have a 50% chance to replace golden hearts

– An active item that gives Isaac an illusion heart
– 6 room charge
– Item pools: Angel Room, Devil Room, Library, Greed Shop
