This system allows you to Customize your nation this has been tweaked and change a lot though 100 hours of testing
the main addition is the buildings but i have also changed governor policies and tweaks like unrest now eats up your food. The stats of the building look big but if you take the hole mod it works this gives the game character and not just a map painting sim i have also change investments to 10 per area so you must expand you nation also Aqueducts have been caped so no silly sized city . food now plays a big role mainly from the higher end buildings like markets all the building have caps apart from tax building and training camp tax building gives unrest so if your limted to how much food and risk of revolt training camp are the same but take tax as well . most of the advanced buildings take more food but markets eat food and negative tec so you can not just take massive amounts of food to buy Library now Library genrate negative trade but both have massive amounts off upkeep . now there are buildings that help with unrest and state loyalty but they cost food and tax . most buildings have plus happyness for prime cultures and negative for the rest .the over buildings like Academy and law focus on stablity research and pop ratio but law building is also good for manpower. mills and Forums are there for tax a pop growth but because of the upkeep you cart have every building so you must decide what to focus on
