[WOTC] Fire In The Hole Redux

This mod adds a single GTS Perk, named Fire in the Hole (FireInTheHole_GTS), that unlocks a grenade slot for all units.
It also adds an option to restrict all grenades to the grenade slot. This means grenades won’t show in the utility slot anymore. This option is disabled by default.
This mod should be compatible with pretty much everything and can be added mid campaign.
Does not work with HotBlooded’s Original Mod version.

You can configure the following settings:
- Restrict all grenades to the grenade slot
- Disallow any soldier class/character template from unlocking the grenade slot
- Change the minimum required rank and the supply cost of Fire in the Hole
