Description:

(Re)Builds reward decks based on a configured list. Can be used in a similar fashion as Reward Deck Refresher, but can also build decks that don’t have an associated tech.

Notable differences from Reward Deck Refresher:

• The decks you want to build must be added to the config. it has no autodetection.
• Can build decks that do not have an associated tech. (ex, only for POI or Covert Op rewards)
• Can smash multiple decks together to create new decks.
• Can add reward decks to item, to then make new reward decks.

borrows some code from -bg-‘s Reward Deck Refresher.
