Description:

Automagically alters the stat growths of all soldier classes to be more random.
Unlike the older Hidden Potential mods, this works it’s magic OPTC instead of via manual configuration, so it even works on custom classes.

Has a few config options for stats and classes to skip, or to limit how much more random they become.

Will only take effect for newly promoted or rebuilt soldiers.
