The Twitching of Isaac is a fan mod for The Binding of Isaac that enables Twitch chat to interact with a participating game. Works with AfterBirth+ and Repentance.

Features:
* Over 30 (and growing) available commands.
* Fine grain control over which commands are available, and which should only be available to your subscribers.
* Individual rate limiting of commands lets you set restrictions on how often they can be used.
* Manage a ban list of items you don’t want your chat to be able to use.
* Twitch Chests are a new type of chest in the game that only chat can open.
* Custom commands and aliases.
* Widgets to add to OBS to show the tracked inventory, or the actions that your chat has taken.

* Channel Point Redemptions tied to the mod, configurable by the streamer.
* Challenge mode, with functionality for the community to create unique challenges.
