MOD LAUNCHER MUST BE BELOW THE MAIN MOD

All my old mods had a human error when i fixed it i had to rework the hole mod

-new very hard mode

-all buildings have been changed

-all governor policy changed

-unrest now effects food

-increased number of based buildings slots

-civilization now effects food tax

-ui changed

-map graphics changed

-limited investments 10 per area

-forts fight unrest if built in city

-war war exhaustion changed

-tyranny changed

-added unrest to non prime provence

-changed some buildings that can only be in state capital citys

-no extra trade for capital
