This mod organizes information in the character window. It supports all language.
The Wikipedia feature requires external mod.

This mod has a mechanism that allows you to modify a part of the character window freely. There is no longer any reason to fight over the window_character.gui file.
As you can see from the files inside, the mod consists of several small modules. I first split the vanilla character window into smaller modules. Then I overwrote some of them with the mod modules to create the final mod. The vanilla and mod modules are maintained separately on the local PC.
When I overwrite vanilla modules with mod modules, they become the final mod I publish in the Workshop. Similarly, if you overwrite a mod module with your mod, you can easily modify a part of the mod.
If you are not familiar with the structure of the CK3’s user interface, try opening any file of the mod while playing the game in debug mode, look for the line starting with "Customizable GUI," and comment it out or copy and paste it to replace the position. Then you will see at a glance what I want to say.
I also provide vanilla-only modules as the Customizable GUI mod.
