Residential building series 1A-450 based on real buildings in Yerevan and other towns in Armenia, accommodating 120 workers. These buildings were built in late 60-80s and are popular in different areas in Armenia. This type is called "Czech project" among people.

Тип жилых зданий 1А-450 основанный на реальных зданиях в Ереване и других населенных пунктах Армении. Вмещают 120 рабочих. Построены с конца 60-ых до конца 80-ых. Один из основных типов жилых зданий в Армении. В народе этот проект называется чешским.
