No Malus Raiding
A small cheat mod that removes the malus from Practiced Pirates cultural tradition.
It is cheaty as it is not balanced, but I found it strange that Vikings would go from approval of raiding to disapproval. Will be enabled for every culture that picks practiced piracy, so some shenanigans is to be expected.
