Elegant Portraits
This mod was made combining assets from "Noble Frames" by Wroke and "Portraits Decorations" by Ketaros, so all the credits goes to them both. I just merged their assets because i thought it would look great together.
I think frames are very slightly out of place with the background, but i will fix this soon.
I plan to try and make it so that different governments have slightly different portraits, but i don’t know if this would be possible, if anyone knows let me know.
