Improvised Silencers by Maxwell218

This mod adds new craftable silencers and is 100% compatible with existing saves.
You will require a screwdriver to attach all silencers. This is how it works in vanilla. If one day someone figures out a way to change that, I will remove the need to use a screwdriver to attach the silencers.

IMPORTANT – This mod also fixes some of the vanilla weapon attachments offset (for the m16 and m14). The recoil pad on the m14 is a good example of something that vanilla pz currently doesn’t show properly.

IMPORTANT – So far only VFE is compatible with this mod.

In order to play with both my mod and VFE, please make sure you ONLY enable the patch and VFE. You will also need to assure that my mod loads after VFE (use mod manager for an easier time setting up mod order)

• Sound Reduction: 80%
• Range Reduction: ~1 Tile
• Crafted with: Level 6 MetalWorking
• Supported Guns: All firearms (exc double barrel shotguns)
• Can be found in the world.

Metal Pipe Silencer

• Sound reduction: 60%
• Range Reduction: 1 Tile
• Crafted with: Level 1 MetalWorking
• Supported Guns: All firearms (exc double barrel shotguns)

Hand Torch Silencer

• Sound reduction: 40%
• Range Reduction: 2 Tiles
• Crafted with: No Skill
• Supported Guns: Pistols, M16, M14, Hunting Rifles

Water Bottle Silencer

• Sound reduction: 20%
• Range Reduction: 2 Tiles
• Crafted with: No Skill
• Supported Guns: Pistols, M16, M14, Hunting Rifles
