Description:

Marksman Utilise Snapshot Shooting to flank targets, or use their throwing knives to engage with enemies in short range.

Squaddie:
Weapons Master: Reduces the aim penalty for short-range sniper shots by 100%
Snapshot: You may now use your sniper rifle for standard shots after moving.
Double Time: Gain a move only action this turn.
Eagle Eye: Increase vision range by 5, activate on cool down to increase this bonus to 10.
Knife Juggler: +1 Damage to throwing knives, Each kill with a primary weapon gives +1 Knife Charges.

LCPL:
Predator: +15 Aim +10 crit against flanked enemies, or enemies not in cover.
Zone of Control: Enemies within 5 Tiles of the Marksman suffer -15 aim and -4 mobility.
Eat This: Gain increasing aim and critical strike chance up to 20 the close you are to a target starting at 6 tiles.
XCOM Tier 1 Perk: 10 AP
Magnum: Standard pistol shots do not have long range penalty: 5 AP

CPL:
Deadeye: Take a shot with an aim penalty to deal bonus damage
Low Profile: Makes partial cover count as full
Crippling Strike: Throw a knife that causes the target to be maimed for 1 turn (Zero Mobility)
Heat Ammo: 50% bonus damage to robotic enemies.
XCOM Tier 1 Perk: 10 AP
Quickdraw: Firing your pistol with your first turn no longer ends your turn. 10 AP

SGT:
Running on Empty: Moving while missing ammo will reload your weapon.
Close Combat Specialist: Fire a reactionary shot with your sniper rifle at any target that moves or attacks within 4 tiles.
Bluescreen Knives: +2 Pierce to all knives, knives also disorient robotic enemies.
XCOM Tier 2 Perk: 20 AP
Clutchshot: Fire a pistol shot that can not miss, 1 use per mission. 10 AP

SSGT:
Run and Gun: Take an Action after dashing. 4 Turn Cooldown
Ever Vigilant: If you use all your actions on movement, go into overwatch at end of turn.
Knife Encounters: Once Per Turn, Gain a bonus action after using a knife on a target within 5 tiles.
XCOM Tier 2 Perk: 20 AP
Lightning Hands: Fire a free pistol shot. 4 Turn cooldown. 15 AP

TSGT:
Hunters Instinct: Ranged attacks deal +2 damage to flanked targets.
Cool Under Pressure: +10 Aim on reactionary shots, reactionary shots can critically strike
Lightning Reflexes: Reaction fire has significantly reduced chance of hitting you. Bonus decreases the more reactionary shots against you in a turn.
XCOM Tier 3 Perk: 30 AP
Gunslinger: Take a reactionary shot thats guaranteed to hit and crit against any enemy that moves within 8 tiles. 3 Turn cooldown. 15 AP

GSGT:
First Strike: While concealed or flanking your target deal +3 damage with your primary weapon.
Untouchable: If you score a kill on your turn. The next attack on the enemy’s turn will miss you.
Rend the Marked: Throwing Knives provide a +50 critical chance against the target from all sources for the remainder of the turn.
XCOM Tier 3 Perk: 30 AP
Faceoff: Take a pistol shot at every visible enemy. 4 Turn cooldown: 20 AP

MSGT:
Alpha Mike Foxtrot: +4 damage with primary.
Focus: Your first overwatch shot each turn is guaranteed to hit.
Heavy Hitter: +2 Damage to all attacks.
XCOM Tier 4 Perk: 40 AP
Fanfire: Fire the pistol 3 times at an enemy 4 Turn cooldown: 20 AP
