Proficiency Class Plugin: Combat Engineer 1.91

With permission from Shiremct, and inspired by Deadput, I am releasing a new class, the concept for which I pitched to Shiremct a little while ago.
The Combat Engineer is a battlefield control and support class who uses Cannons or Shotguns as their primary, and the LW2 Gauntlet as their Secondary. They have their own Proficiency Perk : Chemical Mixtures, and GTS perks in the style of the other main Proficiency Classes. It follows a similar stat progression to a Sapper, with the main exception of having a random roll for +1 Ablative every rank up, as well as slightly better dodge and mobility progression.
- Rank 1 – Grants Heavy Armaments – Allows use of the Gauntlet’s Rockets and Flamer.
- ——— Grants Incinerator – Increases Range and Area Affect of the Flamer.
- Rank 2 – Grants Napalm-X – Flamethrower attacks have a chance to panic or disorient organic targets.
- Rank 3 – Grants Quickburn – Activate to make next use of flamer a free action.
- ———- Grants Fire & Steel – Attacks with your gauntlet, and fires set by gauntlet weapons, do +1 damage.
- Technical – Focuses on the use of the Gauntlet.
- Commando – Focuses on Battlefield control/debuffs with the Cannon or Shotgun.
- Gadgeteer – Focuses on the use of various ‘gadgets’ including Grenades and Shields.

- Psionics Ex Machina 3.0 – Supported (uncomment the line to enable psiamp secondary)
- Dedicated Pistol Slot – Supported natively
- RustyDios – Modpreview, Class/GTS/Proficiency perk Icons, balance testing, perk code assistance.
