This is a Japanese MOD of the character "Nepgear" that appears in the game "Neptunia Series".
She excels at diplomatic victories, but can handle anything with aplomb.
She is firm and serious. Her true identity is Purple Sister, a goddess candidate of Planeteune.
The MOD creator is active on Twitter, Nico Nico Douga, etc. as "bizark22".

文明「プラネテューヌ文明」。リーダー「ネプギア」。ゲーム「ネプテューヌ　シリーズ」より。日本語(Japanese)対応。bizark22作。

ゲーム「ネプテューヌシリーズ」に登場するキャラクター「ネプギア」の日本語版MODです。
外交勝利を得意としますが、なんでもそつなくこなせます。
しっかり者で真面目な性格。その正体はプラネテューヌの女神候補生パープルシスター。
MOD制作者は「bizark22」としてTwitter、ニコニコ動画等で活動。
