ver.2 Changed the performance of the Governor. Also changed the graphics of the Neptune that appears on the loading screen, etc. In addition, we changed the graphics of the historical timeline when the original Governor Histoire has acquired all of her abilities.

ver.2 総督の性能を変えました。また、ローディング画面等に出てくるネプテューヌのグラフィックを変えました。さらに、オリジナル総督「イストワール」の能力を全て取得した際の、歴史年表のグラフィックを変えました。
