A work of mod rookie. This mod integrates many of my ideas. I hope you can like it. Except for Kanban Niang, mod pictures come from the Internet,Leaders are created according to my friends, so there may be situations where pictures and abilities are not right,If there is infringement, I will delete them immediately.

Repalce scout, lower price, +1 when start at a bolck which has no terrian and flat.

Other Civilization can not declare a raid war on you. When in peace, all city’s production +15%.+ 10 combat strength in 20 turns after being declared war.

Repalce Entertainment Center, lower price, city has Dolphin’s Amusement Park can build one more district, +2 adjacent boost to adjacent district.When this city was happy +10% all kinds of produce, when was tread +20%.

Repalce Water park, lower price, city has Dolphin’s Water park can build one more district, +2 adjacent boost to adjacent district.When this city was happy +10% all kinds of produce, when was tread +20%.

Different terrains provide different plot bonuses. In peace, all blocks +1production and science;In war, the science bounus trans into culture. Citizen can work in mountain bolcks. If city has at least 3 Unique District,all produce +15%. New cities grant extra blocks.

Repalce Holy site, lower price,+4 culture, adjacent bolcks +1 faith,when adjacent to wonders +2 culture.

In the state of war, the cultural value of our city is + 15%,Citizen provide double loyalty. When defeat each enemy unit in enemy city, will make this city lost 33 loyalty. When other civilization’s city leave control because loyalty and its’ loyalty to Xiatian was highest, will skip the stage of becoming a free city and directly join the civilization of Summer.

Repalce military camp, lower price, has campus’s adjacent boost. City of other civilization adjacent to this district -33 loyalty.

Grant ‘code’ civic at begining, Builder +2 using chance, Builder can accelerate 30% construction progress of Wonders and Districts, Wonder triggers a cultural bomb after placed. But can’t grant any science and cultural, Eureka and inspire.

Repalce Entertainment Center, lower price, earlier unlock, Obtain a builder after completion, and unlock ‘Tech luck draw’ and ‘Civic luck draw’ project.
