Civilization Trait:
ll things are broken and gone
When your Military Units are damaged, they do not suffer combat penalties, +3 Combat Strength, +1 Movement and grants additional +3 Combat Strength vs. wounded units. When they eliminate a unit, they heal up to 20 hit points.

Flandre creates 3 clones, one for battle, one as Engineer and one as Governor. The first two of them will be automatically obtained When you have Pottery, Animal Husbandry and Mining. Can’t train or buy Settlers and can only obtain up to 4 additional Settlers by unclock specific Technologies. (The technologies are Writing, Celestial Navigation, Iron Working, and Mathematics.) Horses, Iron and Niter can be observed at the beginning of the game. +2 all kinds of Yields to city center when it is adjacent to a strategic resource. +1 Science and +1 Production from improved Strategic resources. Additional +1 Science and +1 Production from improved Strategic resources when you have Apprenticeship.
A District unique to Scarlet Devil Empire, which is unlocked by Military Tactics. +5 Combat Strength and +1 Movement to your units within 6 tiles(stackable). Provides mojor adjaceny bonus for adjacent Campus, Commercial Hub and Harbor. And grants major adjacency bonus from adjacent Campus, Commercial Hub, Harbor and Encampment. Grants standard adjacency bonus from Strategic resources.
A Building in Scarlet Mist Generator, unique to Scarlet Devil Empire and unlocked by Military Tactics. Effects of Combat Strength from Scarlet Mist Generator reach 2 tiles farther. Additional +1 Movement to your units within 4 tiles. +3 Amenities to your Cities within 6 tiles, but -2 Amenities to other Cities(stackable).
A Unit with unique Promotions. Has base Combat Strength equal to the strongest unit your cities have produced, with high Movement and large sight range. After attacking, if the HP of the enemy is not higher than 20, it will be killed directly. When killed, retreats with 1 HP to the Capital.
Can build most of the improvements with an almost inexhaustible workforce. Can retreat when captured.
Costs a lot of gold to maintain, with the left-hand title focusing on development and the right-hand title focusing on the military.
