Added the option start without building key (since it has been requested many times)

Added the option to start with in building already infested with zombies, useful when starting in hospital or large completely empty buildings.
The amount of zombies spawned is based on the Sandbox Population value and total number of rooms in the building (more rooms=more zeds)

Added the option to exclude burns and glass shards injuries to limbs
- Start Naked
- Start with the building alarm active
- Start with the building on Fire (recreate CDDA style challenge?)
- Start with the initial building infested by zombie
- Drunkenness
- Thirst
- Hunger
- Fatigue
- Panic
- Unhappiness
- Stress
(For the above stats you can use also a random value instead of a fixed one)
- Cold Strength
- Sickness
- Scratches on the body
- Glass Shards on the body
- Burns on the body
- Fractures of the body
- Chance that each cut injury is bandaged
- Chance that each burn injury is bandaged
- Chance that each fracture is splinted
