Description:

This music pack synergizes with GiC to help deliver the best experience intended. It contains songs from 15+ videogames and multiple high-quality videogame OSTs as well as studio-quality amateur composers from across multiple genres ranging from orchestral to metal.

These songs are NOT copyrighted (no automatic record label protection), as they are all custom from their games (i.e Sekiro or Remnant). There is no demonetization, partial demonetization, or video ban, for videos that have [GiC]’s Soundtrack active. We do NOT include "big-name bands" such as those of "Metallica" or even from "STACK PV". We, in effect, do NOT use songs with active Record Label protection as those are controlled by automated bots.

It is not actually required to play GiC, but something will clearly be missing during your experience if there is nothing but silence in the background all the time.

Some of the songs used are from these creators/games:

Remnant: From the Ashes
Bloodborne
Expeditions: Rome
Dark Souls
Sekiro
Hachimitsu-Lemon
TAMUSIC
S.S.H & Aether

+ many more designed for the most appropriate experience in GiC.

Technical note on Touhou Songs:
Generally the actual studio songs produced by the big-name record labels like Stack have actual copyright protection, but those made by smaller independent artists do not result in automatic copy-strikes.

NOTICE IF YOU ARE HAVING INSTALL ISSUES:

Please refer to the Bug Reports section on the base Galaxy in Conflict mod or alternatively, the official GiC discord link displayed at the bottom of the base Galaxy in Conflict mod for a Google Drive link of the unpacked music folder. This will solve Linux or other non-Windows systems from crashing due to the large singular packed file that is standard with the download over Steam.
