Less Restricted Legacies + House Traditions Comp Patch
As of September 10th, the Less Restricted series of mods is currently unavailable on the workshop but FunGaming44 has done a reupload (Northern / Iberian) and this patch still works with those reuploads.
A simple compatibility patch for the Less Restricted Northern / Iberian Legacies mods and the House Traditions mods that keeps both the perk availability of Less Restricted and the AI code of House Traditions.
Only edits the dynasty_perks files for the Northern and Iberian flavor packs. Load after the mods in question.
