Strategic Wasteland
Currently adds over 130 mountainous wasteland provinces.
The aim of this mod is to add strategy and realism.
This mod will let you and your fellow countries fight over tiny passes, navigate winding mountain mazes, & hold strategic points among the various mountainous regions in the world.
Some scenarios unique to this mod:
Play as one of German duchies fighting for control over the Rhine valley between the Vosges & Black Forest.
As Byzantium, navigate and run from the Ottoman armies chasing you through the Balkan maze.
With Mongolia, unite the eastern hordes and make the pass through the Dzungarian gate once more to reform your empire.
Cross the Baetic Mountains to invade Granada and finish the reconquista as Castile.
Invade Norway, utilizing your navy to siege the many independent fjords.
After conquering Novgorod as Muscovy, look east, and cross the Ural mountains for more expansion opportunities.

Due to the limitations with map modding, this mod is not compatible with any mod that adds provinces.
