Description:

There are many like it, but this one is mine.

What It Does:
  • Adds more Ogre units to the Mercenary Recruitment pool
  • Increased the Mercenary Recruitment cap to 4 and Allied Recruitment cap to 6 per army
  • Increased passive generation of Allegiance Points to 6 per turn, and raised the cap to 300

Compatibility:

Save Game*, Multiplayer, and SFO compatible. Should work just fine with anything that does not modify the Ogre Mercenary system.

Known Issue:

Any Camps made before installing the mod will need to be rebuilt before you can access the added Mercenary units from that old Camp.

Similarly, some minor Ogre factions start with a Camp on turn 1, even on a new game these camps will not have the added Mercenary units and will need to be re-built to gain access. I consider this a convenient balancing feature.


Future Plans:

Eventually I hope to add unit caps to most, if not all, non-Ogre Bull units. Once CA fixes the unit replenishment issue for Ogre camps. No idea if or when this will happen though.

Until this happens though, the one Giant you get now will never replenish. So you only get one per Camp, use him wisely.
