Description:

[v1.8] Simple mod that adds the option to "Free From Prison" when Debug Mode is enabled and the target character is imprisoned.

Shouldn’t conflict with anything, but isn’t achievement compatible (you wouldn’t be able to get them if Debug Mode was turned on anyway).

I’d also recommend my "Debug Mode (Less Invasive)" mod, which allows you toggle debug mode on and off in-game. (meaning you don’t have to change your launch options to view or hide debug info and the console). It can be found here:

THIS MOD REQUIRES THAT DEBUG MODE IS TOGGLED ON. The option to "Free From Prison" will show up in the right click menu on any character who’s in prison, under the "Debug" commands section. You can use the following link on the official Paradox CK3 wiki for instructions on how to enable debug mode (but once again, I’d recommend just using the mod up above instead):
