Spy Actions – Improved Tooltips

This mod adds additional, detailed tooltips to most of the actions available to your spys. See screenshot for a few examples.
After recently returning to Total War: Three Kingdoms, I had made it my mission to finally figure out how the overly vague spy system works. After some heavy research, and lots of trial-and-error, I began documenting what these actions do and why I can’t perform some of them. This led to my idea of creating this mod.
I hope that this mod will dispel some of the mystery behind spy actions, and encourage others to explore and enjoy Total War: Three Kingdoms spy system!
I plan to continue expanding on these tooltips and I strongly encourage the community to help if they know more about these spy actions that I am missing. For example:
- Why is it that I sometimes cannot surrender as settlement despite having the required position, cover, and network?
