Hate’s Digital Camera
Adds a digital camera, a film camera, and a cellphone camera you can use to take photos.
Cameras can be found in the arsenal under the binoculars tab.
HDR must be turned on/standard in your video settings for photos to be saved. Thank you d3bo for discovering this.
While looking through the viewfinder, press LMB to take a photo. Press "F" to turn the flash on/off. Flash will be OFF by default.
Photos are saved under This PC > Documents > Arma 3 – Other Profiles > Your%Profile%Name > Screenshots.
If this file is not there, simply create a new folder and name it "screenshots".
Screenshots saved with this method will not have the HUD on them. If you’d like the HUD in your screenshots utilize the steam screenshot function which is F12 by default.
Your screenshots folder is limited to 250 MB by default. If you’d like to increase the size of your Screenshots Folder navigate to
This PC > Documents > Arma 3 – Other Profiles > Your%Profile%Name and open the Your%Profile%Name ARMA3PROFILE FILE using any text editor and add the following command without qoutation marks to the end of the file
"maxScreenShotFolderSizeMB = 2000; // 2 GB"
Then save the file.
