更新说明：适配了当前游戏版本，修改功效与之前版本一样。
具体功效：大幅减少了此技能对xxx造成的伤害提升xx%这类词条的概率，允许特效词条出现在基础词条位置，但是基础词条的概率不变，特效词条不会重复（本来就不会）。
修复了词条可能出现代码的bug。

Details:
Less Junk Stats: Drastically lowers the chance of rolling niche damage modifiers (e.g., "+% DMG to specific enemies").
Better Rolls: Allows "Special Effect" affixes to roll in "Basic Attribute" slots.
Balanced: The drop rate for basic attributes is unchanged, and Special Effects will never stack/duplicate.
Fixes:
Fixed an issue where affixes would display as raw code strings.
